Challenge
Biggest challenge is that this project is owned and pushed by Label team, we had to validate this Idea for market we plan to conquer and then start planning our MVP approach.
Goal
Our goal for this project is to create a scalable web application that will provide real value to hotel owners and their guests.
Solution
For the first phase we created a MVP product that will result in a minimal application yet functional and provide all the necessary features that hotels require.
